Milcon Staff

Kevin Klosterman has been an Estimator at Milcon Concrete for more than 10 years.  Prior to his time at Milcon he was in a concrete supervisory role and before that over 10 years working in the concrete field.  He was a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force. Mr. Klosterman has Concrete Finisher Certification and has also completed a 30 Hour Occupational Safety and Health Training Course.

Doug Hartman is the Project Manager for Milcon Concrete.  Doug has over 20 years experience in the construction field and some of his responsibilities include on-site managing & scheduling of manpower for multiple crews.  He has been a Field Supervisor and a Foreman in past jobs and was also a Lance Corporal in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Hartman has completed a 30 Hour Occupational Safety and Health Training Course.

garrettGarrett Clark is a Project Manager for Milcon Commercial Concrete. He graduated from Ohio Northern University in May of 2014 with a degree in Construction Management. While in college he lettered three years in varsity football and was a member of The Construction Management Association for four years. Some of his responsibilities include on-site managing and preparing material takeoffs for bidding. Mr. Clark has completed a 30 hour Occupational Safety and Heath training course.

Jake Sowers is in the Estimating and Sales department at Milcon Commercial Concrete. He has previously been with the company as summer help from 2011-2014 and then returned after finishing his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Ohio Northern University.

Don Herbst is Milcon’s Excavating Estimator & Manager.  He has more than 40 years experience in this field and his responsibilities include estimating new projects for public and commercial building site excavation. Mr. Herbst has completed Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), Trench Safety Training and 10 & 30 Hour Occupational Safety and Health Training Courses.

andyAndy Cude is the Site Work & Public Works Estimator & Project Manager for Milcon. He joined Milcon in the Fall of 2013 & is responsible for estimates & management in both the public and private site projects. Andy has 12 years experience as an Estimator & Project Manager in the heavy highway, site & underground utilities industry. Mr. Cude has a bachelor degree in Construction Management & Civil Engineering Technology from Morehead State University.


Aaron Kahlig is a Project Manager for Milcon’s excavating division. He joined Milcon in the spring of 2015. Aaron’s experience is 3 years of construction management, 2 years as a foreman and 1 year as an operator/laborer for Milcon, along with 7 summers as an excavation operator/laborer prior to graduating college with a Bachelors in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton.


Scott Smith is a project manager for Milcon Concrete. Scott has 20+ years’ experience in heavy and highway construction. His skills include estimating, scheduling, purchasing, and sub-contractor management. Scott is also an Authorized OSHA trainer and is certified in MSHA part 46.


vanceVance Venesky is the Controller for Milcon Concrete.  He joined Milcon in the Spring of 2014.  Vance has over 20 years of experience as a Financial Controller.  Mr. Venesky has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Management from Clarion State University in Pennsylvania.



Kimberly Brill is the Contract Administrator for Milcon Commercial Concrete and Millmark.  Kimberly  joined Milcon in the Summer 2018 and brings four years of experience in heavy equipment and construction customer service.


shelby-myersShelby Myers is the Contract Manager for Milcon Concrete and she does customer billing and payables. She joined Milcon Commercial Concrete in 2017. Shelby has her Associates in Accounting from Edison State Community College, Bachelors in Accounting and her Master’s of Business Administration from Urbana University.

Allison Ingle is Human Resources for both Milcon Concrete and Milcon Commercial Concrete since August 2018.  Allison earned a dual bachelors degree in Human Resource Management and Business Management from Wright State University in 2017.  Allison is working towards her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Management Innovation & Change with expected completion December 2018.
