Milcon Staff

Kevin Klosterman has been an Estimator at Milcon Commercial Concrete for more than 10 years.  Prior to his time at Milcon he was in a concrete supervisory role and before that over 10 years working in the concrete field.  He was a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force. Mr. Klosterman has Concrete Finisher Certification and has also completed a 30 Hour Occupational Safety and Health Training Course.

Doug Hartman is the Project Manager for Milcon Concrete.  Doug has over 20 years experience in the construction field and some of his responsibilities include on-site managing & scheduling of manpower for multiple crews.  He has been a Field Supervisor and a Foreman in past jobs and was also a Lance Corporal in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Hartman has completed a 30 Hour Occupational Safety and Health Training Course.

garrettGarrett Clark is a Project Manager for Milcon Commercial Concrete. He graduated from Ohio Northern University in May 2014 with a Bachelor of Science  Degree in Construction Management. While at ONU, Garrett lettered three years in varsity football and was a member of The Construction Management Association for four years. Some of his responsibilities include on-site managing and preparing material takeoffs for bidding. Mr. Clark has completed a 30 hour Occupational Safety and Heath training course.

Don Herbst is Milcon’s Excavating Estimator & Manager.  He has more than 40 years experience in this field and his responsibilities include estimating new projects for public and commercial building site excavation. Mr. Herbst has completed Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), Trench Safety Training and 10 & 30 Hour Occupational Safety and Health Training Courses.

Andy Cude  is Milcon  Concrete’s Site Work & Public Works Estimator & Project Manager. Since joining in Fall 2013, his responsibilities include estimates and management in both the public and private site projects. Andy has over 20 years experience as an Estimator & Project Manager in the heavy highway, site and underground utilities industry. Mr. Cude has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management & Civil Engineering Technology from Morehead State University.


Lane Hurley is the Assistant Estimator for Milcon Commercial Concrete. Lane joined the Milcon team full time in May 2019 after graduating from Ohio Northern University with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. Lane not only assists in the office with commercial concrete bidding, but he also enjoys time in the field, helping the Milcon crews on various concrete pours.

Karen Ebert is the Financial Controller & Office Manager for Milcon Concrete and Millmark Construction. With an Associates degree in Accounting, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and over 20 years of accounting experience, Karen fills many roles and Milcon and Millmark by overseeing the day to day operations of the office while managing the financial statements of each business.


Shelby Myers is the Project Admin. Manager  for Milcon Concrete and is responsible for  customer billing and payables. She joined Milcon Concrete in 2017. Shelby attained her Associates in Accounting from Edison State Community College, Bachelors in Accounting and her Master’s of Business Administration from Urbana University.


Ty Boehringer is the Project Administrator for Milcon Commercial Concrete and Millmark Construction. He is responsible for customer billing and payables. Ty joined the Milcon and Millmark teams in March of 2020. Ty is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor degree in Accounting.


Allison Ingle is Human Resource Manager for both Milcon Concrete and Milcon Commercial Concrete since August 2018.  Allison earned a dual bachelors degree in Human Resource Management and Business Management from Wright State University in 2017.  Allison completed her Master of Business Administration in December 2018.
